Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) are
here!
- Contribute up to $5,000 each year starting January 2009
- Choose from a range of investments like
savings accounts or GIC’s
- All of the income (interest, dividends and capital gains)
earned in the TFSA are tax-free
- Members can withdraw from their TFSA any time, for any
reason and all withdrawals are tax-free
- Unlike RRSP’s only the interest earned is TAX-FREE. Members
do not get a deduction for the principal

 For the third year in a row, an independent survey of thousands
of Canadians has shown that credit unions rank first in overall
quality of customer service. The 2007 Synovate Customer Service
Index found credit unions ranked ahead of all banks and other
financial institutions in the following categories:
- Overall quality of customer service
- Values "my" business
- Staff service at "my" branch
- Information handling and communications
- Financial products and services

not sent by Interac Association. Contact the credit union if you
receive an e-mail requesting any personal information.
